A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE RECIPE
Chai is a sweet, healthy, reviving and satisfying drink that has been a staple in India and the majority of South Asia for thousands of years.
To make a chai tea, simply put 1-2 tablespoons of Henny & Joe’s chai into a mug and then top up with hot water (not boiling). The exact amount of chai to add is down to personal taste and preference. Start with one tablespoon and add a little more until you find your perfect cup. Everyone’s taste buds are different, so keep experimenting.
