Chai is a sweet, healthy, reviving and satisfying drink that has been a staple in India and the majority of South Asia for thousands of years.
To make a chai latte, simply put 1-2 tablespoons (15-30ml) of chai into a mug and then top up with milk. For the best results, stretch using a steam wand. If making at home, mix the same ingredients in a pan and heat to the preferred temperature. Use a whisk in the process to froth up! Alternatively, place in the microwave for a minute or two in a microwave-safe mug.
