A FEW WORDS ABOUT THE RECIPE

This is a delicious cocktail toys with the classic bittersweetness of a Daiquiri with added cinnamon and spices from our chai syrup.

METHOD

  1. Break the banana into a few pieces and stick in to the blender with ice, coconut milk, chai and rum. Blend together on a slow speed for 10 seconds. This one deserves to be poured into a beautiful glass. whole cheese cake to decorate or serve as a sauce for people to pour on themselves.

Tip: The key with the sauce is to keep your wits about you! It can easily catch and burn! Also if you find that the sauce is not completely smooth then fish out any lumps or pass through a sieve. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml light rum
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 25 ml Henny & Joes chai
  • dash of coconut milk
  • crushed Ice
